Automation Hub

The busywork runs itself.

My self-hosted n8n hub is the automation layer behind my clients' projects. It connects their tools, moves data between them and handles the repetitive work, so people can spend their time on the work that matters.

why automate

I automate the boring parts.

Every business has small, repeated tasks that eat hours every week. If a task follows the same steps every time, a workflow can do it, faster and without mistakes.

by hand

  • Copy form entries into the CRM
  • Put together the weekly report
  • Answer the same emails again and again
  • Update the same data in two tools

automated

  • New form entry → CRM, instantly
  • Mondays at 08:00 → report in your inbox
  • AI drafts the reply, you approve it
  • One change → every tool in sync

Form to CRM

  1. Form sent
  2. Validate
  3. Create lead
  4. Notify team

A form on a website sends its data to the hub. It is checked, saved as a lead, and the team gets a message right away.

the engine

Self-hosted. Always on.

The hub runs quietly in the background, on my own infrastructure, next to the projects it serves.

  • Self-hosted n8n runs in Docker on servers I manage, so client data stays with us.
  • Webhooks and schedules start workflows the moment something happens, or at a set time.
  • AI agents read, sort and draft, with tools they can call through MCP.
  • Always watched failed runs are caught and fixed, not found weeks later.
